SLA is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in every part of our business, internally and externally.

We know change starts at home. In order to encourage our clients to create diverse and inclusive workplaces, we must do the same in our own company. In every single search engagement, we strive to provide our clients with diverse slates of candidates. The first step to creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace is to actually talk about it, which is why we foster DEI-centric conversations with our clients throughout each search, and we use a variety of methods to network with and source candidates from all backgrounds to fill a role.

Additionally, beyond our own industries, we enthusiastically dedicate time and resources to organizations that foment these initiatives in society writ large. We also believe in the vital importance of giving back to the community.
